Returns, Exchanges, and Other Issues

Did we forget an item or send the wrong one?


At ModSock, we work hard to make sure every order is complete and correct, but even sock geniuses can make mistakes. If your order arrives with an item missing, or an incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days and we will happily send you the correct item right away.


Did you receive a defective item?


Every once and a while, a pair of socks has issues. From busting a seam the first time they are worn, to missing a color of thread, not all socks are perfect. If you receive a item with a defect in your order, let us know within 14 days of receipt, and we will give you instructions for sending back the item. You will be offered a replacement pair or a refund – your choice.


Just need to return something?


If your socks disappoint you, you can exchange them for another pair, ModSock credit, or a refund of the item cost within 30 days. Please note that we can only accept unworn socks still in their original packaging for return for sanitary reasons.

Hygiene laws require that we cannot accept any intimate items for return – this means that tights and leggings (basically anything with a crotch seam) are yours to keep.
