Refund policy

Cute But Crazy Socks accepts returns and exchanges within 60 days of order delivery. Merchandise that has been worn or removed from its packaging may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Intimate items (tights) and face masks are final sale.

Please contact us with your order number to initiate return or exchange. You may call, email, or simply reply to a transactional email (such as your order confirmation) to reach us.

U.S. orders enjoy free return shipping.

Every online order shipped within the United States or to its territories and overseas military addresses qualifies for free return shipping (limit one return label per order). When you contact us to initiate a return we will email you a prepaid return label to print and affix to our reusable eco-friendly mailer or other suitable packaging. We will issue a refund (or exchange credit at your request) within 7 days of receiving your return. Additional items sent to you for exchange will incur a nominal shipping fee. Online orders may also be returned in-person to our retail store in Bellingham, WA.

International returns:

International customers will need to ship returns to us at the address below. We will issue a refund (or exchange credit at your request) within 7 days of receiving your return. Additional items sent to you for exchange will incur our International Post flat rate shipping fee. Defective or incorrect item?

We sell high quality socks and are pretty darn good at our jobs, but every once in a while a manufacturing defect or the wrong item slips by the Sock Crew. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the problem you encountered. We’ll make it right for you with minimal hassle to keep you, and your feet, very happy.
